On November 19, 27, December 1 and 4, Michael Fabiano will reprise the role of Mario Cavaradossi in John Caird’s production of Tosca at LA Opera. Mr. Fabiano portrayed the rebellious painter last month at The Metropolitan Opera where he was described by The New York Times as having high notes that “rang out with confidence and muscularity, capped by a dome of sound.”

Under the helm of rising conductor Louis Lohraseb, the brilliant cast will also feature Angel Blue in the title role, Ryan McKinny as Scarpia, Philip Cokorinos as Sacristan, Wei Wu as Angelotti, Anthony León as Spoletta, and Zachary James as Sciarrone.
