‘Turandot’ at Gran Teatre del Liceu

Michael Fabiano concludes the year with his return to the Gran Teatre del Liceu as Calaf in Puccini’s Turandot. Performances will take place on November 26 & 29 and December 2, 4, 9, 11, 14 & 16. Fabiano has been previously heralded for his portrayal in Puccini’s enchanting opera, with Operawire hailing his role debut as Calaf in 2022, saying, “Fabiano delivered an ardent portrayal of the ‘unknown prince’ with his vitality and stage presence.”

Fabiano shares the stage with a top-notch cast of singers, including Elena Pankratova as the title role, Siegfried Jerusalem as L’Emperador Altoum, Marko Mimica as Timur, Vannina Santoni and Maria Agresta as Liù, Manel Esteve as Ping, Moisés Marín as Pang, Antoni Lliteres as Pong, and David Lagares as Mandarí.
