‘Attila’ at Teatro Real

On May 14 and 17, Michael Fabiano returns to Madrid’s Teatro Real, adding his “high-octane intensity” (Financial Times) to Verdi’s thrilling Attila. It’s an exciting role debut for the tenor, who has garnered high praise for his interpretations of Verdi’s operas, including Il trovatore, Otello, La traviata, Rigoletto, Don Carlo, and Luisa Miller.

Under the baton of Nicola Luisotti, Fabiano joins a phenomenal all-star cast. Christian Van Horn sings the titular king of the Huns, with Sondra Radvanovsky as the courageous Odabella and Artur Rucinski as the Roman general Ezio.
