After stumbling upon Google Flight Search a few months ago, I have become convinced that it is underrated – especially compared to other airline sites for finding deals.  Users can view a bar graph showing airfare prices throughout the world and set limits on price, airlines, dates, stops and duration of flight.  Flight Search has also integrated Google Maps which allows users to enter their departure city and then view a map of cities around the globe where airfare is listed under each city name.  Flight Search is not only aesthetically pleasing (who doesn’t like looking at maps?), but is also faster than Kayak.  Of course, Flight Search is not without controversy – especially among its competitors who formed an anti-Google alliance after Google acquired ITA software.  So far, I’ve had a great experience using it and would definitely recommend giving it a try.
